DESIGNYARD Concierge Service - The luxury of Convenience


The DESIGNYARD Concierge will deliver pieces for you to try on at home or at your office before you decide. The DESIGNYARD Concierge can wait while you try on your pieces of jewellery or view a piece of sculpture or art, the concierge can offer advice and arrange any sizing adjustments required. Unwanted pieces will be simply returned to the gallery immediately. 

What locations does the DESIGNYARD Concierge cover?

At the moment this service is limited to Dublin City, Dublin County, North Wicklow & Kildare We will try to accommodate you if you live further afield so do get in touch.

Does DESIGNYARD Concierge follow COVID-19 Guidelines?

The safety of our Concierge and clients are of paramount importance to us. All of our Concierges follow recommended COVID-19 protocols, wear face masks and use hand sanitiser throughout their journey. We also offer contactless collection and drop off.

How do I pay for pieces I decide to keep?

Pay at the door is the ability to purchase the items you decide to keep. Our concierge will have a credit card machine with them. Or you can simply place the order online. For higher value items a bank transfer is also possible. The concierge will be happy to advise.

What if I decide none of the pieces are suitable?

The Concierge will take all of the pieces away, the Concierge can either recommend other options and arrange a second visit or simply wish you a wonderful day.

Can I pick a time that suits me for the concierge to deliver?

This service is completely personal and private, you can decide any time day or night seven days a week. Simply contact info@designyard.ie to arrange.

What if I am trying to select a gift but don't know exactly what I want?

The DESIGNYARD Concierge is skilled in making recommendations and will happily bring additional pieces they feel may work for you to view. This service is fully flexible if the recipient would like to change the piece for something else that is not an issue.

Are there limits to this service?

This service is offered on any piece on www.designyard.com over the value of €500. The DESIGNYARD concierge delivers the luxury of convenience, not only can you be sure the service fits into your busy schedule you can be reassured the concierge is an expert in their field and can advise on any technical tweaks or iterations required.

How do I arrange a visit by the DESIGNYARD Concierge?

Simply send an email with the subject Concierge to info@designyard.ie with the details of your request, include any pieces you would like to view or if unsure a short brief on what you think you may like and the Concierge will come straight back to you.
